Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely no hidden fees. The package price is exactly what you pay on a monthly basis. All taxes and fees are included in that price.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, prospecting is GDPR compliant but you must follow some rules. Read more here

How do you deliver my lead lists?

We normally send over CSV files. We build our lists inside Airtable, but export them for easy upload to your favourite email software.

How many hours a month will my designer work?

With Shopision you never have to worry about hourly billing or unexpected charges. When we promise “Unlimited” we do mean it. We work via design projects. When one design project is complete, we move onto the next one on your queue that same day.

Can I get a free trial?

We don't offer free trials at the moment. This is due to the fact that we're a human-powered service, so free trials would massively stretch our resources.

Do you make canceling difficult?

No. You don’t have to write us a letter, jump through a hoop of fire, or go through 15 pages to find the cancel button. Simply tell your project manager or email us at service@shopision.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day money back, refund policy.

Will this work for us?

We hope so. If we don't believe that we'll be effective (e.g. companies with very long sales cycles, certain markets) we'll let you know and provide a full refund.

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. Login to cancel.
